He was predeceased by: his parents, Chung Huu Luong and Dang Thi Lam; and his wife Oanh Thuy Nguyen. He is survived by: his son Mitchell H. Luong; and his siblings, Tron, Dung, Nghia, Lieu, Phuong, Huong and Trang Luong.
Then in a wonderful act of charity, Cullen Ferguson, a now-alumnus of WSOC, and his church would sponsor Hieu and his bride-to-be to come to Charlotte, NC.
