He is survived by: his wife Janet Patricia Burns Maxim of Concord, NC; his sons, R. Michael Maxim of Augusta, ME and Scott E. Maxim (Teresa) of Harrisburg, NC; his grandchildren, Jason Maxim (Cindee), Molly Kimball (Patrick), Erica Maxim, Megan Peaslee (Ron) and Abigail Maxim; his great grandchildren, Keegan Maxim, Dirigo Peaslee and Haven Peaslee; and his sister-in-law Sue Maxim.
