He is survived by: his children, Gloria Jean Sawyers, James Edward Leftwich Jr. (Tammy), Ralph Cleveland Leftwich (Charlee) and Phillip Leftwich (April); and his grandchildren, Carla Harper Omisore (Tony), Frances Leftwich Armstrong (Phillip), Cecelia Harper, Monica Leftwich, April Harper, Yolonda Leftwich Miller (Trae), Ralph Leftwich Jr., Letisha Sawyers, Daylin Leftwich, Kayla Leftwich, Ashley White, Aiyana and Jones. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
