He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert J. Foster and Helen Talbert Foster; his wife Willie Foster; and his brother John Foster. He is survived by: his children, Margaret Biggers (Fred) of Concord and Jay Foster (Jennifer) of Kannapolis; and his pet Princess.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mt. Olivet United Methodist Church (301 Mt Olivet Rd, Concord, NC 28025). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 11:50 AM at the Mt. Olivet Methodist Church Cemetery (301 Mt Olivet Rd, Concord, NC 28025).
