She was predeceased by: her husband Bill; and her brothers, Thomas R. Lawless and William R. Lawless. She is survived by: her children, William Joseph Seltzer III of Concord, Debrah Ann Reynolds of Aurora and Amanda "Mandy" Ann Rowland (Joey) of Concord; her sister-in-law Alice S. Lawless of Fairfield Glade, TN; and her grandchildren, Katherine Reynolds, Jenifer Reynolds, Sydney Claire Rowland, Lauren Gibson Rowland and Jack Preston Rowland. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Wilkinson Funeral Home (100 Branchview Dr NE, Concord, NC 28025). A memorial service was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:15 PM at the Carolina Memorial Park (601 Mt Olivet Rd, Concord, NC 28025).
