He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ulla; his children, Jerry Miller (Cindy), Frieda Dillard (Dennis) and Rita Cline; his brother David Miller (Lynne); and his grandchildren, Andrea Cline, Michael Cline and Weston Dillard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
