He is survived by: his wife Shelby Forrest; his sons, Jeffery Wayne Forrest (Lynn) and Tim Franklin Forrest (Christy); his grandchildren, Johnathon Wayne Forrest (Kayden), Morgan Alexandria Forrest and Jeffery Wayne Forrest Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Weston Wayne Forrest and Kreed Cannon Black. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
