With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linny Baker of Concord, North Carolina, who passed away on June 29, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Linny McKinley Baker and Bertha Phillips Baker; his wife Joyce Carroll Holshouser; and his siblings, Herbert Baker, Ruby Lynch and Eunice Bradshaw.
He is survived by: his sister Lois Wetter; his children, Deedee Gilbert (Jeff Gilbert), Dr. Scott Baker (Kristin Baker) and Brad Baker; his grandchildren, Leah Baker, Kelli Baker, Michael Baker, Marshall Cromer, Thomas Baker and Emerson Baker; and his close friend Patricia O'Neal (Pat).
