We announce the death of Margaret Barnhardt Mullis (Concord, North Carolina), who passed away on August 6, 2026, at the age of 95. She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Frederick Barnhardt and Carrie Bell Furr Barnhardt; her husband Harold Glenn Mullis Sr.; her son Harold "Chip" Mullis, Jr.; and her siblings, Floyd Barnhardt and Leona Barnhardt Verble.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Amanda M. Ross (Scott) and Hannah M. Lindsey (Scott); her great grandchildren, Annah Lindsey, Ella Ross, Cole Ross, Stella Lindsey, Eli Ross and River Lindsey; and her daughter-in-law Jennie Mullis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and special friends.
