She is survived by: her daughter Kristin Oliver Bell (Eric); her husband Leon; her brother Harold K. Neely (Ann); her children, Karen Hall and Kevin Oliver; her grandchildren, Maya Hall, Rahsaan Hall, Jasmyn Pierce, Joshua Pierce and Justin Pierce; and her great grandchild Malia Hall. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.

Viewing was held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Metropolitan Funeral Service (7246 Granby St, Norfolk, VA 23505). A wake was held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Unity Lutheran Church (2801 E Princess Anne Rd, Norfolk, VA 23504).
