He is survived by: his children, Angela Pender, Wanda Pender, Ashley Pender, Marvin Pender, Jr. (Melody) and Gary Cox; his siblings, Sue Henson (Mike), Dorothy Gray (Tim), Janet "Beck" Pender and Howard Pender; his grandchildren, Timmy, Logan, Jonathan, Luke, Aliyah, Adam and Seth; and his great grandchildren, Magnolia and Sebastian.
