She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas "Pete" Whaley and Betty Brown Whaley; her grandparents, Doyle, Merle Brown, Jeryl and Eleanor Whaley; her son Timothy Alan Hayes, III; and her son-in-law Bradley Benton.

She is survived by: her husband Jason Eugene Linker; her children, Corissa, Ryan Linker, Leslie Benton, Christian Linker and Jacob Linker; her sister Diana; her grandchildren, Rylan, Brenlee, Jaxson, Emmy, Timothy IV, Macie, Caroline and Brystal; her nieces, Kellie (Ben Roberts), Ashley (Danny Thomas), Lindsey (Zack Watson) and Morgan Palmer; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Bailee, Brooke, Gabbie Roberts, Hadleigh Watson, Cruz and Coen Thomas.
