She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gaston and Lou Ella Spurling; her husband Ralph; her siblings, Bertie Lee Tillman, Ellis, Ralph, Earl, Fred and Roy Spurling; her son-in-law Bill Blake; and her grandson Josh Hartsell.

She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Blake, Donna Boone (Mark), Sherri Hartsell (Johnny) and Wanda Lee; and her grandchildren, Chad Boone, Brandon Blake, Jessica Moody, Brittany Bandy, Christin Renfrow, Christopher Renfrow, Alyssa Putt and Shaina Putt. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
