It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Hasty Funderburk of Concord, North Carolina, who passed away on October 13, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Neil Walker Hasty and Julia Ruth Hasty; her husband James Reid Funderburk; and her brothers, John C. Hasty, Brodie E. Hasty and Neil Walker Hasty, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Ray Allen Hilton (Beth) of Concord, Donna Maria Funderburk of Concord and Nancy Elizabeth Funderburk of Charlotte; her grandchildren, Andy Hilton (Teniah), Randy Hilton (Jayme) and Heather Hilton; her great grandchildren, Alyssa Leary (Matt), Anna Purser (Tucker), Aaron Hilton (Brooke), Taylor Hilton, Brayden Hilton, Siera D'Amelio (Tyler) and Logan Davis-Hilton; and her great great grandchild John Matthew Leary.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the United Love Baptist Church (11487 Flowes Store Rd, Midland, NC 28107). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
