He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Alicia Carte (Todd) and Craig Vroom; his grandchildren, Sydney Carte (Trae Starnes), Hayden Vroom, Camryn Carte and Rowan Vroom; his stepgrandchildren, Isabella Wray and Aidan Wray; and his siblings, Larry Vroom (Trudy) and Sondra Hoyt (Jim). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.
