It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ann Frank in Concord, North Carolina, born in Suitland, Maryland, who passed away on January 22, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Douglas Koontz Jr. and Helen Irene Comer Koontz; and her husband Max Frank. She is survived by: her daughter Judy F Davidson; her son-in-law Scott Davidson; her grandson Brandon Phelps; her sister Bonnie Jo; her brother-in-law Lloyd DeMarr; and her sibling's children, Arllette, Rick and Rob.
