She is survived by: her daughter Ann Baldwin of Concord; her grandson Bret Baldwin (Kelsey Baldwin); her great grandchild Ezra Monroe Baldwin; her son Chuck Mantooth (Tammy Mantooth) of Boone; her granddaughters, Taelor Hodges (Isaac Hodges) and Samara Critcher; her daughter Donna Mantooth of Charlotte; McGill Baptist Church and Patricia.
