She is survived by: her husband Peter; her daughter Megan; her son-in-law Nick; her grandchildren, Logan, Maison and Peyton; her son Jonathan; her daughter-in-law Stephanie; her son Ethan; her daughter-in-law Sarah; her grandchild GianLuca; her sons, Alex and Michael; her daughter-in-law Serenity; and her siblings, John (Denise), Joanne (John) and Jeanine.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Patrica's name to Saint Jude's Hospital or The American Cancer Society.
