She is survived by: her husband Gerald Thomas Smith Jr.; her daughters, Ashley Nicole Smith of Concord and Christine Roxanne Smith of Concord; her sister Amy Ferguson Mayhew (Brian) of Davidson; her mother-in-law Marie Osborne; her niece Rebecca Chewning (James); her great-niece Ava Grace Ferguson; and her great-nephew James Chewning Jr..
