He is survived by: his fiancée Libby Mullery; his stepchildren, Julie, Merry, Thomas and Andrew Mullery; his grandchildren, Ethan Mullery, Gavin, Jackson and Holden Freeman; and his children, Griffin, Dexter, Bella, Maggie, Sofia, Bobo and Short.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Oakwood Cemetery (471 Church St N, Concord, NC 28025).
