He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Sperry Glenn Campbell and Michael Glenn; and his brother James "Jimmy" Campbell (Lorraine). He is survived by: his wife Banetta Kay Alms Campbell; his children, Tammy Macholl (Kevin) and Samuel Leemon (Caroline); his grandchildren, John Henry Macholl, Michael Henry Macholl and Thomas Henry Macholl; and his brother Robert "Bob" Campbell (Jen).
