He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Alene Galbraith Conway and Nelson Astor Conway. He is survived by: his wife Pam Conway; his children, Roger Edward "Ed" Conway, Jr. (Jenn) and Chloe Conway; and his siblings, Jerry Conway (Sandy) of Kannapolis, Patsy Riner of Jacksonville and Greg Conway (Mary Ellen) of Charlotte. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
