He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Franklin Smith and Betty Sue Barringer Smith; and his brothers-in-law, Lars Galyan and Randy Carter. He is survived by: his siblings, Delores Galyan, Debbie Carter, Shellie Kindley (Allen) and Doug Mullins (Misty). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
