We are sad to announce that, on March 14, 2026, at the age of 81, Ronald Scott Lemmond Sr. of Concord, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother David Lemmond; his children, Rhonda Watson and Ronald "Scott" Lemmond, Jr.; and his grandson Robert Wensil. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Joyner Lemmond "Shug"; his children, Chad Lemmond (Kathy) of Norwood and Lindsey Lemmond Griffin (Stanley) of Concord; his grandchildren, Jatana Moss (Robbie) of Indian Trail, Avery Griffin and Conner Griffin; his great grandchildren, Evan Moss and Jacob Moss; and his pet Sugar.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice of Cabarrus County or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
