She was predeceased by : her parents, Arthur William and Mary Peters of Andover, England.; her husband Archie Patterson Bonds; her siblings, Mac, Bill, Fred, Douglas, Arthur and Lillian; and her daughter-in-law Marcia.

She is survived by : her sons, Bobby Bonds (Susie), Larry Bonds (Madeline) of Concord and Terry Bonds of Belmont; her grandson Bryan Bonds of Gastonia; her sister-in-law Peggy Bonds of Kannapolis; and her close friends, Doris Poston, Irene Russell and Jane Moose. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Carolina Memorial Park (601 Mt Olivet Rd, Concord, NC 28083). Visitation was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
