He was predeceased by: his parents, Berry Hatley and Ruth Almond Hatley. He is survived by: his wife Roberta Barnhardt Hatley (Robin); and his sisters, Myra H. Morton of Locust and Reba H. Tucker of Oakboro.
Viewing was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Catholic Church (139 Manor Ave SW, Concord, NC 28025). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location.
