We are sad to announce that on April 24, 2024, at the age of 85, Sue Foil Walker in Concord, North Carolina, born in Charlotte, North Carolina passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sue Foil Walker to pay them a last tribute.

Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Sue Foil leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Horace Elwood Foil, Sr. and Elizabeth Caudle Foil; and her husband Mogan Lester Walker. She is survived by : her brother Horace Elwood Foil, Jr. of Mount Pleasant, NC.; her sons, Mark Walker (Cammie) of Fuquay-Varina, NC and John Walker (Tonya) of Cumming, GA; and her grandchildren, Rachel Walker, Lindsay Walker and Brady Walker.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:15 PM at the Saint John's Lutheran Church (100 St Johns Church Rd, Concord, NC 28025). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Hope by Design, (hopebydesignga.org), a non-profit furniture ministry founded by Mrs. Walker's daughter-in-law, Tonya Walker, Saint John's Lutheran Church (Concord) or Hospice & Palliative Care (Kannapolis), in her honor and memory.
