It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susanne Melton of Concord, North Carolina, who passed away on June 27, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Rogers Brafford and Alma Louise Goodman Brafford; her husband Thomas Morrison Melton; and her brother Len Rogers Brafford. She is survived by: her daughter Shea Carroll (David) of Pinehurst; her grandsons, Nicholas Carroll of Chapel Hill and Brafford Carroll of Pinehurst; her sister Frankie Phillips of Concord; and her close friend Mary Weaver of Concord.
