As Tambra departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Tambra may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Tambra leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Brooks Summerell and Bobby Lee Summerell. She is survived by: her husband Stacy L. Cochran of Concord; her son John "Casey" Cochran of Concord; and her siblings, Bryte Summerell Lackey (Brian) of Concord, Donna Smith Strishock (Dan) of Manassas, Virginia, Kenneth Smith of Concord and James Smith of Concord. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Chara Missions Fund, a cause close to Tambra's heart and one that reflects her lifelong passion for helping others through faith and service.
