With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Timothy Hayes III of Concord, North Carolina, born in Morgantown, West Virginia, who passed away on October 16, 2020 at the age of 25. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Timothy Hayes, Pete and Betty Whaley; his great-grandparents, Howard, Pearl Hayes, George Rhome, Doyle, Merle Brown, Jeryl Whaley and Eleanor Whaley; and his brother-in-law Brad Benton.

He is survived by: his parents, Timothy Hayes II (Susan) of Kannapolis, NC and Melissa Whaley Linker (Jason) of Concord, NC; his son Timothy Hayes IV of Eagle Mountain, Utah; his siblings, Corissa Linker (Ryan) of Mt. Pleasant, NC, Leslie Benton (Podgette) of Concord, NC, Kaitlyn Hayes of Kannopolis, NC, Sara Hayes of Kannapolis, NC, Gabriel Hayes of Kannapolis, NC, Christian Linker of Rockingham, NC and Jacob Linker of China Grove, NC; his nieces and nephews, Rylan Benton, Jaxson Benton, Brenlee Skladanowski, Emmalee Skladanowski, Macie Linker and Caroline Linker; his grandparents, Mark, Sandra Poe of Burton, WV, Harry, Connie Leonard of Lexington, NC, George and Jeannie Linker of Concord, NC; his great-grandparent Carol Rhome of Alliance, OH.; his son Little Timothy; and his friends, John Holmes, Bryce Applegate, Wyatt Philyaw, Jaden Bowling, Zach Gocher, Allison Johnson, Hunter Jordan, Braden Monteith and David Snook Jr..
