We are sad to announce that on April 4, 2022, at the age of 90, Waylon Blue Thomas of Concord, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Algay Burns Thomas; and his son Waylon Michael Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Rachel Frye Thomas; his son Jason Thomas (Jennifer) of Manteo; his grandson Jacob Thomas of Four Oaks, NC; his great grandchild Jensen Thomas; and his sisters, Lois Key of Greenville, SC, Mary Upchurch (Avron) and Peggy Gaines (Doyle) of Sanford, NC. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
