He was predeceased by: his mother Louise Smith Tomberlin. He is survived by: his father Franklin Alexander; his wife Jeannette "Fran" Houser Tomberlin; his children, Tracy Tomberlin Vanover (Kevin), Jeffrey Scott Tomberlin (Ellen) and Patrick Alan Tomberlin (Tricia); and his brother James Tomberlin (Gayle). He is also survived by ten grandchildren and one great grandchild.
