It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Edward Owens Jr. of Concord, North Carolina, who passed away on May 9, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Asperger Owens. He is survived by: his father William "Bill" Edward Owens, Sr.; his siblings, Cynthia Kibilko (Keith), Kathleen Senczyszyn (Frederick), Mark Owens (Cathrin), Suzan Gibb (John) and Carol Ward (Raymond); and his pet Marley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
