He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Wetter and Vida Hatley Wetter. He is survived by: his wife Jean Little Wetter; his daughter Penni O'Quinn; and his stepdaughter Shelia Walter (Freddy). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
