He is survived by: his wife Rose Ann Z. Phillips; his children, David Phillips (Marsha), Deborah "Debbie" P. Tackett (Danny) and Sheri Tallent (Rick); his stepdaughters, Lorraine White and Teresa Lanier (Mike); his sister Carrol Batten; his grandchildren, Jordan P. Morris (Scott), Philip Tackett (Kelly), Mark Tackett (Karen), Blake Wingler (Ashton) and Josh Wingler (Lindsay); his stepgrandchildren, Maria White and Nick White (Allison); and his great grandchildren, Scarlett Brinson, Logan Morris, Landon Morris, Porter Morris, Hayley Fisher, Milayna Tackett, Grayson Blackwelder, Mahayley Blackwelder, Blakely Wingler, Mya Wingler and Carter Wingler.
