With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph Davenport Jr. of Conetoe, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 1, 2024 at the age of 62. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Davenport and Alice Braddy Davenport; and his son William "Will" Taylor, II. He is survived by: his siblings, Kevin Davenport (Donna) of Conetoe and Lisa Pineda (Corey Atkinson) of Pinetops; his children, Tiffany Taylor (Jeffrey Peaden, Jr.) of Tarboro and Cameron Cherry of Fountain; his niece Ashley Robinson; and his grandchildren, Melanie Peaden, Alana Kokoruda, Jeffrey Peaden, III, Damon, Jayden Taylor and Bristol Hayes.
