She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Bruce Bristow and Lillie Truman Bristow; and her siblings, Kenny Bristow, Betty Bristow, Henry Bristow, Connie Greer, Geneva Hensley, Robert Bristow Jr., Allen Bristow and Barbara Ann Jackson.
She is survived by: her son Jason E. Sipe (Teresa); her grandchildren, Eric Sipe of Conover, Shelby Sipe (Brendan Chase) of Hickory, Deanna Sipe of Cullowhee and Damian Sipe of Lincolnton; her great grandchildren, Nolan Chase and Bailey Chase; and her siblings, Mack Bristow and Margaret Bristow. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A reception will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Jenkins Funeral Home Celebration Center (4081 Startown Rd, Newton, NC 28658).
