She was predeceased by: her parents, David E Simmons and Bessie Mae Huffman Simmons; her husband Edward Eugene Lowman; her son Ronnie Lowman; her siblings, Ross Simmons, Carl Simmons, Howard Simmons, Fred Simmons, Nancy Little and Lorene Herman; and her granddaughter Crystal Hamrick.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Simmons (Kathy) and Pam Clark (Teddy).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Willis-Reynolds Funeral Home (56 Northwest Blvd, Newton, NC 28658). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church in Newton NC and or to Carolina Caring.
