She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter R. Keith and Rosa Lee Nichols Keith; her siblings, Dodie Rufty Gilbert, Sue Ann Keith, Roy, David and Thomas Keith; her husbands, Louis Bayne Setzer and William Wayne Sain; and her son-in-law Mark Federal.
She is survived by: her children, Shelley Setzer Federal and Louis Bayne Setzer, Jr. (Connie); and her stepchildren, Marcie Sain (Glenn Niere) and Eric Sain (Kathy). She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins, step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the St. James Lutheran Church (1942 St James Church Rd, Newton, NC 28658). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
