He is survived by: his wife Dina Foster Snipes; his children, Andrew Scott Snipes (Melinda) of Conover, Devin Lee Turner of Conover, Ryan Christopher Turner of Conover and Shana Brook Snipes of Hickory; his brother Randy Lee Snipes of Morganton; and his grandchildren, Kyler Andrew Snipes and Ryder Chance Stacy.
