With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cora Bowman of Conover, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 28, 2026 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rubin Alexander Price and Neve Elizabeth Bolick Price; her husband Vonteena Bowman; and her grandson Brandon Clouse. She is survived by: her children, Melissa Clouse (Mac Moose) of Conover, Jerry Bowman (Cherie) of Lenoir and Terry Bowman (Tamara) of Front Royal, VA; her grandchildren, Katie and Ethan Bowman; her great grandchild Jacob Clouse Runion; and her sister Rose Rooker. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mt. Pisgah Lutheran Church, 9379 NC Hwy 127, Hickory, NC 28601.
