He was predeceased by: his parents, Cloyd Killian and Bertie Lail Killian; and his brother Clyde "Buck" Killian. He is survived by: his son David Killian of Conover; his siblings, Bobby Lee Killian of Hickory and Janette Killian Canipe of Hickory; and his friend Carrie Medlin. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews; numerous close family members.
