She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Pinkney Spencer and Edna Deal Spencer; her husband Charles Radcliffe; and her siblings, Joseph Spencer and Marceline Weikel.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Haugh, Jane Queen of Rock Hill, Donna White of Newton and Jayne Whittenburg (Rick) of St. Cloud, FL; her sibling's children, Earl Weikel (Donna) of Hickory, Vicki Haus, Cindy, Maria Loveless and Valarie Beth Lynch; her great-nephew Josh Weikel of Conover; and her grandchildren, Kristine White and Jeremy Haugh.
