She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Lincoln Clark Jr. and Zora Veletta Burris Clark; her sister Sue Bunton; and her daughter Tammy Cook. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Johnson; and her sisters, Theresa Bumgarner (Edgar "Tinker") of Claremont and Patricia McClellan of Spruce Pine. She is also survived by Numerous Nieces, Nephews, Great-Nieces, and Great-Nephews.
