She was predeceased by: her parents, G. R. Floyd, Sr. and Hallie Spivey Floyd; and her siblings, Sybil Lewis, Margarite Floyd, Vivian Stone, Grace Leggett, Gwendolyn Hollar, G. R. Floyd, Jr., James William Floyd and Erskin Ellis Floyd.
She is survived by: her sister Carolyn Byrd. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
