With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Glenn Richard Hedrick of Conover, North Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Vernon Hedrick and Alice Marie Isenhour Hedrick; his wife Mavis Boston Hedrick; his siblings, Coyte Hedrick, Linda Hedrick, Polly Pope and Sue Hursey; and his daughter Heidi Jonas.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Ericka Krueger (Brian); and his great grandchildren, Emmy Krueger of Newton and Grady of Newton.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Burke Mortuary & Crematory of Newton (2516 N Main Ave, Newton, NC 28658). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (701 N Main Ave, Newton, NC 28658).
