He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Lucas Putnam and Mary Ellen Setzer Putnam. He is survived by: his wife Donna Baker Putnam; his sons, Chad Putnam of Hickory, Jeremy Putnam (Jackie Putnam) of Greenville, SC and Jordan Putnam (Britney) of Troutman; his siblings, Larry Putnam (Angela) of Catawba, Bob Putnam (Elesa) of Catawba, Bill Putnam of Catawba, Johnny Putnam (Angie) of Cramerton and Susie Chafin (Danny) of Catawba; his granddaughter Delilah Grace Putnam; and his pets, Marley, Mishka, Milo, Heidi, Granddoggies, Gunner, Granger, Abby and Ellie May.
