She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Leroy Matthews and Helen Sigmon Matthews; her husband Thomas Franklin Bolick; her daughters, Teresa Jones and Gilda Huffman; her daughter-in-law Donna Bolick; and her siblings, Carl Lee Matthews, Perry Odell Matthews, James Allen Matthews, Doris Harris, Margaret Hefner and Georgia Goforth.
She is survived by: her son Terry Bolick; and her sons-in-law, Charlie Jones and Huffman. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
