He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Brugh and Gertrude Dale Brugh; and his sisters, Frances Musgrove, Maxine Grubbs and Charlene Broyles.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Brugh; his children, Sheri Combs (Ray) and Brian Brugh; his grandchildren, Steven (Shannon), Robert (Whitney), Joshua, Paige (Sam), Hunter and Korrey; and his great grandchildren, Jaeleigh and Hunter.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the American Cancer Society in his honor.
