She was predeceased by: her parents, Julian Charles Chastain and Margaret Louise Chastain; her husband Kenneth L Moser; her son Jay Fox; and her siblings, Charles Chastain, Ken Chastain, Ira Lee Chastain, Colleen Kanipe and Shirley Deal.

She is survived by: her son Jamie Fox; and her granddaughters, Stacey Eckard (Thomas), Shelby Cope (Steven), Yorkie and Lulu.
